The URESTONE System uniquely combines lightweight and durable solutions with the ability to factory fabricate any sized architectural element. Prefabricated elements ensure a fast and economical installation and, most importantly, a high-quality appearance with long-term performance. Factory-fabricated architectural products fall into the categories of pilasters, accent corners, and columns. The Mall of Egypt wanted to build Africa's first indoor ski resort, Ski Egypt's Snow Park, transporting the customer from a desert oasis to a winter wonderland. The key was finding low-maintenance materials that would withstand the icy conditions as well as the temperature difference, challenging to say the least. Luckily URESTONE meets those needs and then some. Starting with a CAD design and basic dimensions we were able to quote, design, build, miter, and ship a large, custom Ledgestone wall to this far-off fantasy destination. The final product, complete with custom factory-fabricated URESTONE Ledgestone in Rustic Grey. Panels that were too large to ship were produced in two interlocking pieces that would be easy to assemble on-site. Everything was tested before shipping to ensure the quality was up to our standards.
